    This phone is amazing for the money and is loaded with useful features. The large screen makes it a joy to use. I have Tracfone and setup took minutes and I was good to go. This is my second Alcatel and they rival the best. Best Buy made it an even better experience. Helpful staff.

    I looked at many phones and found this one to be just what I wanted. Now the one thing you can not seem to do even with an app is put your apps onto the sd card inserted into the phone. Still for a prepaid phone that takes a little longer then normal to setup it works great and looks great with a big screen and lots of memory.

    This is very far from a flagship phone, but it is a great value for the price. I wanted to try out Marshmallow and a phablet, without spending a fortune. This has really been a great experience so far. Nice job Alcatel. If it continues to perform as well as it has then I may wait a while before upgrading. Not a gaming phone, but works great for email, texts and web surfing. LTE APN settings need to be set per the Alcatel website. Very good system they have there to get you up and going.

    This is such a terrible phone.The other side cannot hear me at all. Reception is poor even if other phones using the same service provider has perfect network connectivity. Please save yourself the hassle of buying and returning this useless phone!

  • Had to Ship Device Back to TCL in China 2x

    I thought it was a good phone, but I was mistaken. TCL claimed the device was meant to run with Kitkat 4.4.4 not Android M 6.0.1, then they tried to fault me saying I put the metal plate over the battery making it non-removable. It apparently wasn't designed that way. I have removed all software non-essential and keep EVERYTHING backed up because the stock Antivirus App DFNDR, Erases pictures and music at random, to open system resources.
