When it CAN be used its good, But it cant be used.

I've tried a hard reset and that hasnt helped. A factory reset stopped the cycle and i managed to use the phone for like 20 minutes and the phone restarted. When we ordered the phone, we also ordered a case from a third party. At first we thought the case was pressing the power button because it was a tight fit but it didnt seem right. There was also an incident i had in the past with the one touch evolve that was exactly the same. I would like to hear back and now if this can be fix :) Have a nice Day!
