Bought the phone during the black friday sale. Works great, terrific quality and value! Only mistake I made is that I should have bought two!

I found this phone a good choice for a temporary use and it is worth for the price. Its a little bulky and the audio quality is not so good.

Purchased this smartphone for my father-in-law to upgrade his current flip phone. Amazed at all the features and how easy it was to setup.

Excited about such a good black Friday deal. Needed a phone asap as my original phone broke. Turned it on. Touchscreen glitched, a certain part of screen always tapped itself without user input. Super annoying. Not enough stock to exchange. Too far of a drive to get an exchange. Couldn't with another week for an exchange to transfer in. At least they refunded.

As always. I love to shop at Best Buy. Products are of high quality and reasonable pricing. And best of all the weekly on sale stuff.

Marshmallow is using the MicroSD Card memory also too as main internal storage for added capacity...A thumbs up for this feature..

I wasn't expected getting such great phone with the price I paid it was a gift for family member I haven't heard any complaints so far

It is very bad I bought 4 PCs for all family members It has the same problem That it making a restart many times by itself and any time I think it is battery or processor problem I hope that best buy accept returns I never advice someone to get this metal

The phone is fast and does everything quickly. The 5.5 inch display is great and I am glad I decided to get this phone.

We were changing carriers from AT$T to someone more reasonable and AT$T was balking on unlocking our current phones. Bestbuy had these on sale for a reasonable cost and we decided to make the plunge. We purchased 2 phones. The first is great and still operates well. The 2nd however got into a "boot loop" that was so bad that it would reboot itself before one could even open the Android menu to wipe the data that happened to get entered before the problems started ( a whole 1 hour). A call to Alcatel Tech Support and we were on the way to taking the phone back to BB to exchange. The replacement phone worked for a whole 2 days before starting to reboot itself about 45 minutes. Another call to Alcatel Tech Support and it was determined that there was likely a bad internal memory cell. At least this time we were able to wipe the data from the phone before returning it to BB for a refund. So, we are on a 33% non-defective rate on these phones. In all fairness, the phone that is still working works fantastically even after a full month of use. Had the other phones not been bad we'd have likely been very happy.

What other smartphone can be that low. I found this one very stable and fast enough to run all apps that I need.
