Continuesly restart even I can not make a call whole day.I never thought best buy can sell such product.my mistake is not to read review before purchase.this may be last item I bought from best buy...

Best Buy unable to help me with this purchase and then gave me grief about trying to return it with receipt within 1 week if initial purchase! Not good customer service.

I do not recommend this product because it has its problems to download its application lasts like half an hour to download an application with wifi connection, very slow

Keep restarting by it self. After few try of resolving issues with Alcatel customer care I decide to return this product

i am not happy with this order,i bought second time the cell phone has issue,not restarting,torn of and torn on,i trying to return best buy not return,best buy policies is 14 days,i was after 7- days to the store brooklyn and king plaza dont want to refund money my credit card.This is last time i buy from best buy,i bought for 18 years to this store now they discriminate me for this order.Customer dont waste money to buy this cell phone,you having trouble like i have.

Worked well during initial months of purchase, but later it stoped working and mobile not turning on.

Nice phone. Worked fine in the beginning, but I had to return it after 2 days. Each time the SIM card was in, the phone turned off on its own.

Had to return this phone back to the store the next day I set it up because it kept freezing on my and at one point it kept rebooting. Also the battery was drained very fast, it was at 100% @ 8am but by 12pm it was only 25%, I didn't even use it it was in my purse all that time. Very disappointed with this phone. I also didn't like that you can't remove the battery, therefore I couldn't make it stop rebooting by itself so many times

Here my reason why I do not recommend this product, to download a application connection, (wi-fi) takes more than 30 minutes, the brightness level on the screen is very smooth. Buy two different models the same company ALCATEL and the same result, and my internet was not the problem because I have other devices connected to the same signal and work well I hope my comment will help them to decide before buying. luck!
