This Alcael Pop 4 Plus itself kept rebooting over and over. Even the Power button didn't respond at all during that time. It's wayyy worse than I had anticipated.

The product was not ready to pick up, long waiting for its preparation.

Only can fit a 32gb memory card plus the internal memory fills up quick

Hi Got this phone as a gift but i am not satisfied with this product this phone keep restarting even i exchange the phone I return and exchange service of Bestbuy is superb i am really thankful to there support but this phone was waste of money i not advise to buy this

Not worth for money paid. Mobile body looks delicate.

I purchased this phone at a discounted price on Thanksgiving assuming it as a good buy. However, the features and quality are not even worth $50.00. Overall it is a cheap phone and hasnt fullfilled my expectation.

I bought it on blk friday 2016. Worked like charm 3 weeks. Then it self restart, on and off uncontrolled any time it wanted lol. Spend 1 hr. made line for return. I though it earn - star not 1 star.

Phone gets minimal use. Within a month of purchase it is already getting random reboots & boot loops. Have to return it to Alcatel since bestbuy only gives a horrible 15 day return on phones.

I bought 3 of these phones on Black Friday..... And all three seem to have the same problem.... They keep restarting by themselves. I tried everything but it's pointless. So disappointed.

Will not recommend this to anyone, its not even a month that we got this phone and it started to switch on and off automatically. I am going to return this phone.

The Alcatel website is a joke and doesn't support their products - there are firmware updates but their site won't let you update the phone -- not user friendly

Phone kept rebooting. The battery dies so quickly. I called several times but support was not helpful. Not sure why they selling this phone.

I purchased this phone on black Friday because bestbuy was selling at $50, the phone had 2-yrs warranty, and Alcatel is one of the few good brands. I was excited about this purchase thinking that I paid only $50, but my excitement did vanish in a couple of days when I found that the phone restarts itself. After keeping an eye on the phone for a few days, I found that it restarts only when I drive or I am in a remote area. I googled about the issue and luckily found the reason behind restart. I am using T-mobile connection and had turned 4G LTE on. The 4G LTE service of T-mobile is not available in all areas of ABQ and therefore whenever I drove in areas where T-mobile signal was weak, phone used to restart. My phone never restarted in my school or in my house as T-mobile signal is excellent in these places. To fix the issue, I changed the network settings in my phone and set 3G as the default data service and after that it never restarted. So, if any of you are facing restart issue, just stop using 4G LTE and use 3G. This solution worked for me. Hopefully it might work for you,too. My finding is - this phone supports 4G only if the strength of the signal is excellent, otherwise, it restarts itself. But I don't know why doesn't it ,like other brands, work in case of bad signal. My friend has samsung phone and she never had the restart issue though we go to all the places together in the same car. All other features of this phone are like samsung phone - my the most favorite brand. I haven't observed any other issue and the phone works like charm. Speed, sound quality (the default music player doesn't have equalizer, so you might try VLC music player), picture+video quality, and call quality are just superb. Finally I started loving this phone.

It's very bad mobile I had ever Always shutdown , doesn't work good .Very bad and I lost my money with best buy syores

Please do not waste money and time in returning products, This is one of the worse phone I ever bought.

This Phone automatically restart every 5 minutes and never stops

Observed the phone restarts frequently from the beginning. Dont suggest this phone.

Wish it would of worked. Phone kept on turning off, had to go to return it.
