It is a piece of junk
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Don't buy this phone. I decided to get it on black friday and from day 1 I had problems with this phone. It would restart itself all day long. I tried calling the company to fix it, and they couldn't. Every day it would restart itself at least 15 times a day. Finally I had enough with this phone and I bought a different brand. Save your money.

Phone reboots
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This phone is bad I had to return and get a new one, same problem with that too. Phone reboots with No service No Sim error when there is no Phone service aviable. I have T-Mobile.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wanted to like this phone. The specs were just fine. The screen was just fine. The only complaint I had was that the phone reboots frequently. Fresh off a factory reset, it would constantly reboot before I could even set it up. As a software engineer, I am disappointed that software like this can even be released. This is not the way to showcase a brand and the reason for many returns on otherwise perfectly fine hardware.

hesitant to open the box
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.according to alcatel and many other websites, this phone doesnt has NONE of the 4G lte bands required in the usa.. am now confused by other reviews. may be they are getting 3.5 g with shows up as 4g (NOT LTE) Hope someone can clarify
