I will be returning it. I have to take the battery out everyday to turn it back on.

Challenging to use by the elderly or anytime with limited experience understanding settings on a cell phone.

This phone SUCKS!!!!! Bought it for my 82yr old mom because she can't use smart phone. The keypad to small, screen font is to small and hard to see speakers don't work well and it's hard to hear on. Any one out there with a better recommendation please let me know. They ought to be shame of themselves for making this junk!!!!

I can't add funds/time to this phone. I called customer service and was told someone will get back to me. The person said the problem with my phone had to be handled by someone above him.

I bought this phone because I wanted to distance myself from being connected to social networks all the time. I decided to go with this phone because you would expect a flip phone to be great at the 2 things I want in a phone: calling and texting. This phone doesn't do either. At least not NEAR as well as I would expect a dumb phone to be able to. The calls always cut out while talking so the other person can't hear me, and the text pad will throw in random numbers and letters which will then throw off the word you are typing. I have never struggled this much with a dumb phone. If you are wanting this phone to do the 2 basic things a phone should be able to do, take your money elsewhere. This is not the phone for you.
