From the beginning I could not get a good connection to any of them. Tech support couldn't help. This was to replace a win 7 laptop that I never had problems connecting to the internet with. First and last time I buy a Dell computer.

1. Run the Network Troubleshooter.
a) Touch and hold or right-click the network icon (Available Networks or Network Icon, located in the lower right-hand corner).
b) Touch or click Troubleshoot problems and then follow the prompts.
