The computer performs as hoped, and the high resolution is right for photography and viewing videos. Salesman (don't remember his name) was very helpful in processing my requirements and recommending this computer.

So far this laptop is performing exceptionally well, but I still haven't tested it with any demanding AAA games but I bet it will still perform well.

According to my son this computer lagged and had issues with software where windows were made extremely small.

As far as being an avid computer game player, that I am not. But I do a lot of graphic design a video editing and this machine kills it! Never have lag issues, doesn't get to hot, and starts very quick. I love it!

This computer is a beast! Graphics quality is awesome, and speed is unbelievable! The battery will last about 1 1/2 hours of gaming time, but that's about to be expected. I usually plug mine in. Alienware is the best!

Good laptop for the money. It is very large and heavy though. Only issue I have had is some diagonal tearing of video in certain games.

Nice system, but could use more memory/storage space. But it is very easy to upgrade. Very fast processing and I love the 4k resolution.

once up and running , my class schedule and classes came up with good resolution and have downloaded some games & the resolution was great

there have been several occasions, that even with a very minor size game with minimal graphics, where the computer will act very slowly.

This Lap top is awesom. My 1st gaming computer and i am soo happy with it. The graphics are outstanding and you can still inhance them futher with an add on that i am planning to purchase soon.

I am happy with this product thus far. I only wish it has a cd/DVD drive but these days to can get anything u need truely online.

My only complaint is that the processor speed is not as advertised. It's 2.8 gigahertz and not 3.5. I was after the 3.5.

Highly satisfied with this purchase. Was needing to upgrade to a gaming laptop and went for the best. Not sorry I didn't. You can change the keyboard color which is pretty cool.

Very fast does awesome.doesn't take long to load or shutdown. To download games it's very quick even over WiFi connection. I love everything about this computer no complaints here!!

I am a gaming addict and was in the market for a new computer. After visiting with the guys at Best Buy they directed me to this one and I LOVE it! Perfect for me!

This was my first gaming laptop, and it has really wowed me! It is aesthetically pleasing, totally customizable, sports an amazing display and it's fast. Greeted by the alien head, when first turned on, you realize that bloatware is absent from this device. Rocking FIrst Person Shooters (FPS), you realize that this laptop is a monster! When watching Netflix you take in the gorgeous display, and wonder how you watched movies/shows before. Although it will cost you a few more $$, you'll understand it was well worth your hard earned bills. Strongly recommend!

Bought this for my son for his high school graduation gift. He has had it for a couple years now and is still working good and he likes it.

I have read about AlienWare computers for a long time. I needed a laptop in a emergency so I got an open box. Discount of course. It kept crashing. Got it fixed and crashed again. I took it back to the store and bought a brand new laptop of the same, Worked great but the USB's on one side did not work. Afraid they had a bad batch I gave it back and bought a different model. No problems what so ever. The AlienWare laptop was stupid fast due to the SSD and had 1TB of space too! A very powerful and beautiful laptop. But just did not work.

Great laptop for school. The SSD is awesome for a quick startup. The onboard memory handles Windows 10 like a champ. Great to see it has expandable memory.
