The picture on this computer is amazing, so bright and clear. Its pretty awesome how you can change the color combination on the key pad! I'm in love!!!

I know Alienware products are usually overpriced, but for what you get, this computer has so many upgraded features, it is definitely worth the money.

I've never seen a laptop so beautiful before. The 4K display on this thing trumps the MacBook Pro Retina any day. The colors are bright and vivid. The resolution is crisp and sharp. I owned the Alienware 15 laptop with 1080p display. It had the same specs. This laptop is miles ahead of it. Specs wise. Alienware 17 R3 is a beast. Gaming is smooth on 1080p. The reason I gave 4 stars is because I have a problem with the particular configuration. 8gb ram is just not enough. It's definitely not future proof and you will eventually have to upgrade if you wanna stay relevant. That's probably the only complain I have. This laptop is a beauty! Don't hesitate to give it a try.

The setup and usability of this laptop is excellent. I have upgraded to 32GB of memory and it really woke up this laptop! Graphics are just awesome.

Strong power but lacks in a few areas if you multi-task.

A little heavy for a laptop (8 lbs) but has a large screen, side number key pad and crisp graphics.

It's very cool how you can choose the colors for your computer, has great HD images, get gaming computer only it's too big and kind of heavy.

This laptop is great. All this powerful hardware and the laptop is not as heavy as previous alienware laptops in the same category.

4k looks great -- IF your app is designed for that resolution. Other programs/apps that were written for 1920x1080 look pretty bad/fuzzy when run on 4k machine. Ended up returning because graphic design program was virtually unuseable on this machine. If you only run things designed for 4k, its a great machine.

It's the best laptop that I could ever want , The camera works great it's really good for Skype being and I really really enjoy it

My son got this coumputer for college at OU. He loves it and great for his engineering classes. Only down side too big for a case.

Seems to have enough cpu power. I upgraded to 32 gigs of memory and it runs quite well.

This Alienware laptop is sleek and fast. The battery life is very good and it is easy to set up and be up and running in no time.

I have had this computer for a couple months and today I have given up on it. Computer keeps shutting down, going to blue screen and rebooting on its own. I have tried resetting twice to the way it came from the factory with no change. Even without installing any programs this problem continues.
