I have had it for almost a year and I've had no issues with it. It's pretty easy to clean, and not very difficult to set up. It's runs super smooth and I haven't had any crashes with it either. The custom RGB lights are also a plus. I highly recommend it for anyone who's starting out.

Graphics work well, haven’t had any problems with it for the 2 years that I’ve been using this PC every single day.

Bad parts happen but still can't rate quality high.

However, the main downfall would be its ddr5 limitation. 8gb ddr5 doesnt seem to be in the correct machine. Other than that, it works great and it can run games that demands very strong computers to look their best.

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Gave it 3 stars but mainly because of of what it actually is sure the cpu is great the ram is average limited bios options as always with Alienware rtx 4060ti is a okay option but bad value but more importantly the way Alienware gets your stuck with upgrade ability is horrible they put a 500w power supply on here and to make it worst it’s very expensive and not a standard power supply so basically your 3060ti I mean 4060ti your stuck with it or pay like 300 350 just to upgrade your ps at that point you mind as well build your own I do like the case if that means much bottom line there is better options out there

Super simple set up, I have had zero issues what so ever. Literally plug and play. For reference I've been playing HD2, and WoW. Both games I have been running on max settings and I havent even heard the fan once. First upgrade I would say should be upgrade the RAM, as the 16gb bottlenecks quick. Overall an AMAZING mid level gaming PC.
