The performance of the PC is fine. It replaced a much older custom pc that wasn’t compatible with Windows 11. Nothing to do with the rating but I’m not impressed with Windows 11 compared to Windows 10. Microsoft is really trying to ramp up the services they want you to use. It’s a challenge to setup and use a local account.

I have never had to restart a computer to fix some random glitch in my entire life. The Bluetooth connectivity is flawed. I gave up having my monitor and TV both plugged in at the same time, a constant nightmare of adjust settings back in fourth because the PC only remembers them when it wants to. Talked to tech support a couple times which was useless. The command center is needed to use the lights but always causes conflicts with other programs which try to control settings, work a little better once removing that garbage program. Build your own, it's crap.

Dell support diagnosed 3 times with me...via their phone support 3 times...that my display ports are flickering because Dell said that the graphics card is bad. I'VE BEEN WAITING ALMOST 3 WEEKS AND ZERO DELL CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE ARE CALLING ME! OR EMAILING! NOT ONCE HAVE THEY REACHED OUT TO ME. AVOID this company. They DON'T CARE!!
