Dell support diagnosed 3 times with me...via their phone support 3 times...that my display ports are flickering because Dell said that the graphics card is bad. I'VE BEEN WAITING ALMOST 3 WEEKS AND ZERO DELL CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE ARE CALLING ME! OR EMAILING! NOT ONCE HAVE THEY REACHED OUT TO ME. AVOID this company. They DON'T CARE!!

Best Buy does not care about their customers

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was having my doubts when I was considering buying this computer because when I was researching about it a lot of people were hating on it saying that it was full of issues and that it wasn’t worth it because of the price. I got the 32gb, intel core i7, RTX 4070, so my review it’s based on that model, honestly it’s one of the best computers I’ve ever had in my life, it’s powerful enough to run games like Minecraft, GTA V, Far Cry 6, etc. it runs like a dream, it’s not loud like other computers I’ve had in the past and I love the minimalistic design, and it’s such a beast! I’m using it primarily for gaming and homework, and so far it’s been doing a really good job. If you are having doubts about whether or not to buy this computer I would 100% recommend buying it, other computers in the past have been giving me problems since the moment I turn them on for the first time, but this one it’s been holding up to it’s expectations.

My gaming experience has now taken off to higher levels of performance and graphics.
