Even though a Windows 10 and I am NOT thrilled with that (loved the Windows 7) ...this has been a pretty smooth transition... seems to be fast -

This is really a great PC - meets all my needs and more. Took off one star for the flimsy laptop type DVD drive, need two hands to insert a DVD. I purchased an external full size drive which works great.

The kids wanted a gaming computer as our laptops didn't have the graphics needed for their games. They can now play their games without a lag.

This is a good computer for gaming, Although computer boot time is fast that is not the case for the 1 TB hard drive. Had to replace 1 TB hard drive with 500 GB SSD, Now it is a great 5 star computer.

Nice and fast pc! Great for gaming. Use it for ether mining also. Power supply is replaceable and another graphics card can be added.

If you are not saavy enough to build your own PC, like me. This is a great option, runs most modern games well above 200 FPS.

This thing runs fast and it's really quiet; it sits on my desk right next to the monitor, and I hardly ever hear the fans.

A good product, good looking product but there's something that you should know before buying it. The graphic card is an off brand, there is no name or logo on it, is.a bare black brick. There is no wire management whatsoever (cheap wiring work) adding an extra hdd or ssd is hard, and same goes for adding a secgraphic card (wires aew way too short) Performance is good, but i did add a 16gig or ram making it 32gif in total. Good machine but very bad wire management, also they soukf mention the generic graphic card

This computer is not only well-equipped for a vast amount of different task such as gaming or content creation, it is also sleek and overall looks cool. I love the strobing led lights on the side of the case. The back has a massive amount of ports for USB and audio devices but also have some in the front of the case for convenience. This is already a great machine however Alienware has made it simple for upgrades. I highly recommend this computer. You will most definitely love it.

I believe that at the beginning I was very insatisfied but ounce we figured out the problem, I believes it is the best computer for gaming for the price you could buy.

I looked into a lot of different companies for gaming desktops and this was the most recommended one of the year.

I have gone from a really old gaming pc to this one and the difference is awesome. I don't have to wait for start up, the games run with no problems on high settings

Had a tower I bought a few years back that meet the Oculus requirements but just barely. After getting this for my Oculus the difference is amazing! Love it.

The best part of this buying experience was the help I got from the department manager, Tek. He understood that I was really unhappy after getting two new computers DOA out of the box and another one that didn't have the right amount of RAM, and he was really gracious about giving me a decent discount on this Open Box Alienware computer, which is super nice, super fast, works great for WOW and for Adobe graphics programs.
