I had always wanted an Alienware computer. I saw that the Inver Grove Heights store had an open box version of the one I wanted. Saved almost $300.00 by getting the open box version. One of the best computers I have ever purchased!

7th gen Intel with a high end video card and nice ram thats easily upgradable. Did have it crash on the first time loading edge like most experience, but none since.

I work frequently with large size photo files and this computer makes it so much easier and faster to load them from memory cards and to Photoshop. Thank you!!

You are going to pay a little more for a pre-built PC, especially a brand name like Alienware but overall very satisfied. It plays my VR smoothly and the rest of my games as well.

I bought this machine because I love to play the game Cities:Skylines. All the components perform as expected. The 1080 GTX graphics card is a Dell branded one (as you would expect) and my performance went from about 20-30 Frames per Second with an AMD FX-8350 using a GTX-1060 video card to consistently 60 FPS with this machine. On Cities:Skylines this is very hard to do with 45 mods enabled. The one thing I would say is that if you are intending to overclock the processor, you will not have the same settings in the UEFI Firmware that you would have with a overclock friendly mother board. There is a 'turbo mode' that can he turned on that does overclock, but the custom voltage settings that people normally set in the firmware is not available. The video card overclocks fine with the standard pascal overclock software just like any other GTX 1060 to 1080 type video cards though.
