got this a couple of weeks ago to upgrade my gaming lap top, I was out for a RTX 3080 equipped computer but it was a bit out of my price range. Got a great deal with this as refurbished. It blazes through all of my games (star citizen, Star Wars squadrons'/Fallen, FS 2020 etc). I have even started to play with some development tools such a blender and unreal engine, haven't done much rendering yet but anticipating pretty good times.

The components in this system make it a great gaming and streaming system. Only downside to this is the fan can be loud. With headset on you dont notice it but without the headset this can be a problem at times.

This thing has got incredible cpu, gpu, and memory. Has terrible cooling performance. Gpu and cpu run incredibly hot and the fans are very loud.

I purchased a new Alienware - Aurora R9 Gaming Desktop - Intel Core i7-9700 - 16GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER - 1TB HDD + 512GB SSD - White/Lunar Light computer for my 13 year old son and he loves it. It is replacing an older Gaming Desktop computer and this one is so much faster and better. My son said he recommends it to any other avid computer gaming person. I got a very good price for it at Best Buy too.

This is my second Alienware PC that I purchased at best buy. I was expecting the same reaction when opening the box as my first one but this one felt different. I purchased this as a new item but felt that it was and open box item. Packaging was different, there was dust on the PC which is new to me. Don't get me wrong the PC itself is up and running just have a feeling I paid for an open box item. The generic dell keyboard and mouse made me suspect even more. My last Aurora PC came with and Alienware mouse and keyboard. Like I said pc works good overall. The unboxing experience just wasn't the same as my first one.

Bought this last month after my iBuyPower PC wasn’t doing well despite I had took it to the PC repair shop to fix it. It have exact same spec as my IBP computer and this one is a lot quicker than the last one and it runs any of my games flawlessly. Best purchase ever! Would recommend this to the others. Question though...how many watt of PSU does it come with?

Excellent store bought PC. I prefer setting up all the components, but this was an emergency and I needed it soon. Very good PC at a good price. Recommended.

As with all Alienware hardware this is expensive when compared to building a equal performing box yourself. This said I have come to a point in my life where there isn't enough time in the day to get everything done. Yes I paid more but I feel this was the right decision for me because it is a high quality product, looks good and has outstanding performance.

Great pc for the price. I love the smooth graphics and speed.

Great pc particularly when purchased on sale. Needs some upgrades to reduce fan noise but solid pre build.

A powerhouse. A little on the noise side, but manageable

I've been an Apple fanboy since 2009. On a daily basis I use 3D rendering softwares and applications. WIth my Mac it takes me about 2hrs to render an image because it doesn't take advantage of the GPU. I now take about 2 1/2 minutes to render an image. I am blown away.

I'm not a computer expert and don't keep up on the best processors, graphics card, ram etc, which is why I wanted a prebuilt. It's very easy to set up and start gaming, everything runs great. As others stated fan has gotten loud a couple of times but not too much worse than others, and if that's the only drawback then that's fine by me.

Easy setup and works great running Adobe Creative Suite. No issues running multiple programs simultaneously like Photoshop and Illustrator that often bogs down lesser systems. Though it could have come with a better keyboard and mouse for the price. Many of the other gaming systems come with lit keyboards and such.

Great performance but boy is this thing loud! I had it on my desk but put it on a lower shelf so it isn’t so loud when the fans run

I have been using this machine for almost a year and a half now and it is still handing everything I throw at it. Often will be playing World of Warcraft while also having streaming video on a second screen and there are no problems
