A: Hello Steve, I dont know exactly what you mean. So I'll go through the list. I bought my aurora r9 about a month ago. To adjust your fan settings. Click on the Alienware command center (alien icon). Once open, click on fusion and you can make your fan adjustments from there. Click on thermometer, you'll see Cpu, top, and front fan option. Go to advanced on each option and set your speeds. I personally click offset and set each to 50% and confirm. Far as Gpu. Depends on which configuration you bought. I have an rtx 2080 super. I do not overclock for it runs every game 4k 60fps. However I installed MSI Afterburner. With Afterburner you can control your graphics card fan speed. Itll help you keep your card cool. I set my gpu fan to 50. Hope this helps?? Let me know.
A: As you can tell from the photos, Alienware adopted a very modular design. Access to the internals couldn't be easier, it's incredibly simple. The Alienware Service channel on YouTube is also helpful, though many of their videos are older models, not this R9 specifically. The Fan noise issue I had was resolved via BIOS update end of October. I spoke with Alienware / Dell Tech support yesterday in support of another commenter installing the Corasir H60 AIO water-cooled fan in place of stock air cooler, and learned that not all fans are replaceable, for example, the front ancillary fan (at least not easily) I hope this helps.

A: This computer comes with BOTH a standard wired mouse and wired keyboard. Yes, I mentioned your exact same sentiment in my review, they are super cheap accessories. My only assumption is that Alienware / Dell expects most consumers this is aimed at to already have something they prefer, but for the price keyboard and mouse should be wireless at minimum, in my humble opinion.
A: When running basic tasks it is VERY quite. Get rolling on an intense game and it can/will start humming. First step is updating the Bios. That helped a LOT but still gets going under heavy load. BestBuy should have ordered their model with the water cooler. It would of been better than adding the WiFi 6 adapter in my opinion.
