This headset for gaming is very easy to use and the sound is very good.

It worked fine until it bricked itself during a critical security update via Alienware Command Center. The headset is only only 3 weeks old, but I cannot get anybody to help, or replace it under warranty. BestBuy physical store says they cannot take it back because it's past the 2-week return window. The 1-888-BestBuy support says the same as the store. Dell support disconnected me twice because I cannot give them a service tag (because the headsets do not have service tags.). Another time Dell support said they couldn't replace it under the warranty because I did not buy it directly from Dell, but that their agreement with BestBuy is that BB honors the full two warranty; that is apparently no true, or Best Buy staff and systems are not aware of that. Two Dell support people said I could take it into a physical Dell store; there are only handful in the whole country, and none near me. So, the only thing I can conclude is that buying Dell/Alienware from Best Buy means buy at your own risk because there is no warranty beyond the 14-day return window. I have been buying Dell products and buying electronics from Best Buy for decades, but this awful experience will definitely make me think twice on future purchases.

I purchased these Alienware headphones a few months ago and they have been great for playing games on my desktop thank you Alienware.

Wireless adapter felt easy to accidentally break but overall i love the headset

Bought these and exchanged them within the same day. The audio in games and in voice chat is bad, my astro a50s where getting old and starting to cut out after almost 3 years of use so decided to upgrade. Disappointed in the sound quality. pretty on the outside and i love the accessibility but thats it. Alienware monitors, mouse, and keyboards are their specialty, not so much head sets. Decided on the turtle beach 700 gen 3 stealth instead, more than i wanted to spend on a head set but the sound quality is awesome!

Good headset only bad thing it sounds bad after just 2 months of use. I wouldn't recommend this product at all unless you get the 24 month service with best buy

Horrible! didnt get to use 1 time! Got them for my son for christmas for his alienware setup and didnt work

The audio quality isn't the best, and the microphone tends to have interference.

I bought these headphones over 2 years ago and I love them. I saw negative reviews on them so I had to tell my thoughts. Audio is great and battery life is great. They were very tight on my head when I first got them but after a few hours of use they stretched to fit basically. If mine go out I would buy another pair.

Just got this headset because of a lack of reviews. Returning it. Audio It feels like I'm listening to music in a cave with a burlap bag over my head and people beating me with sticks for extra thumpy bass. The sound is really dark, the details in music are lost. Mic The mic is slightly worse than my old Hyper X Cloud II headset. It has an almost old school Xbox crunchy audio. When plugged into the 3.5mm mic, it's a lot better but it picks up EVERYTHING so I'm guessing it's a condenser mic. All keystrokes and button presses are picked up along with the soft hum of my pc fans. Absolute disappointment since I loved the design and had high hopes.

Bluetooth doesn't show up as discoverable on both PC and Android. Worked with Dell to get it replaced twice, all 3 so far have the same issue. Don't recommend if you need it for Bluetooth functionality.
