I saw this one in theatre and knew that I had to have the steelbook when best buy released it. The steelbook itself is alright. I think the art choice is a little minimalist but I still like it. The movie itself is a great scifi story with some unexplained backstory that will hopefully be explained if the movie gets a sequel.

Movies and innovations are great to see on the screen whether it is at theaters or at home on tv's. This movie is great in 3D and lucky for me I have a 3D 4k tv and it is stunning. The story is good, more in depth background on other characters would have been nice but the visuals are awesome and make up for it in the movie.

I'm no movie critic, but I can say I was not disappointed with this movie. It's my belief that this movie had a good story line and characters you can build a connection with. It was full of action, love and imagination which are all the elements I look for in a good Sci-Fi movie. Looking forward to the next installment.

I bought this because the 4K+3D combos are getting harder to find these days and the artwork associated with this SteelBook was a nice surprise/bonus. Fun movie with great special effects and a great 3D movie too! I wish more 4K+3D combos would get released in the US and/or exclusives to Best Buy. I'd buy them all.

I thoroughly enjoyed this film. I thought that it was amazing. The movie has everything. Action, good plot, and the technical aspects of the film are great as well.

The best movie I have seen so far in 2019. Lots of action. Flows nicely from one scene to another with each scene adding to the world building in the movie. The BlueRay 4K version is spectacular on my OLED LG TV. The special effects are awesome. It’s amazing to see Alita, the main character, as a completely CGI’d person.

Right from the opening logo, ALITA: BATTLE ANGEL drops you neck-deep into a vast, meticulously detailed world, and it isn't long before you'll be happily knocked around in the wake of its bombast, while Rosa Salazar's earnest performance breathes vibrant life into some seriously impressive motion-capture and CG effects.

Going into this movie I didn't expect much, but by the end I was a fan. The size of her eyes are a bit strange, but much better than the original concept. CGI is really well done, and everything looks great in 4K on an OLED display. Would recommend to anyone who is a fan of SciFi and Post Apocalyptic genres.

I wish I had seen this in the theaters when it was out. The visuals are amazing and it’s a great adaptation of the source material. While its not perfect, it does show that anime can be done well in live action. The uncanny valley lurks its head through the main characters eyes but you get used to it quickly.

Action filled adventure for all ages. The main character adapts to overcome all adversaries. A metaphor for real life and the obstacles we can overcome.

This movie was just amazing. A bit of something for everyone. A love story, action, sports, drama. Plus a bit of many story's and each time you notice new pieces of each. We have watched it at least 5 times, and know we will be watching it again. Love it, love it, love it. Plus he leaves you wanting to learn more.

In all the clamor about females being represented in hero based films, people are getting too focused on the big franchises. You want a female hero done right? Forget Star Wars, Marvel and DC with their SJW and pseudo political subtext and agendas. Here's the epic, stand on her own, hero you've been waiting for.

Alita: Battle Angel is a 2019 American cyberpunk action film based on the 1990s Japanese manga series Battle Angel Alita by Yukito Kishiro. It was directed by Robert Rodriguez (Desperado), co-produced by James Cameron (Avatar).. This movie was totally awesome..I hope to see more of this series brought to film!!

A fun movie. The story is interesting, and the 3D is done really well. If you have 3D capability, I'd add this to your collection.

I didn't know what to expect with this movie, but it really surprised me. Great movie that we enjoyed watching. Not for kids, it can be a bit intense.

Robert Rodriguez does another fantastic job of directing a entertaining movie . Yes it has violence on the Sci-fi side, but it is not as bad as the Sin City movies. This is a good movie to have friends over with there teen age children to watch and enjoy. It will keep your attention from beginning to the end.

I was only mildly hopeful this movie would be good, but it turned out great with engaging characters and stunning and meaningful action. That’s a tough combination for the movie industry these days. I highly recommend it. Also, the steelbook is awesome. One of the coolest designs for a steebook I’ve seen yet.

Incredible script, special effects, animation and acting. A word of caution, although this is a PG-13 movie, I think it is not suitable for young viewers: the graphic violence and scenes sometimes are hard to take and more for an 'R' movie. Nonetheless, it is very well done with an incredible cast of actors.

Got this on sale and dont regret it one bit, the picture quality on my LG C1 is awesome played on a Xbox Series X. hopefully we get the sequel soon.
