Find a different brand. Awful CS....

I've had problems with the back sensor not getting a connection. When I contacted support from BestBuy and Kardia both were extremely bad customer service. Kardia mobile just argued with me for days about how to place it against the skin, which is ridiculous...wouldn't fix / get me a new device when mine was barely a month old. Wouldn't recommend based off of awful customer service.

KardiaMobile Misunderstood TV Advertisement

After purchase I learned that either a doctor or a for fee service would have to interpret the readings. Accordingly, I returned the product unopened for the tool to be truly useful.

In my opinion it should be used by a medical person,nurse,Dr, i feel the person needs to have the knodgle to read and process the information correctly.

It has lots of lines like I see on TV. I dont know if they really mean anything. It did pick up the heart thing that I know that I have. I am not sure if it would ever see a second issues, since the issue that I know I have pops up. You really have to pay 10 a month to get any useful data. The first month is not free, the second month is free. I don't know if this is a 10 a month gimmick or not. I returned it.

Expensive Comfort

Never with its 6-lead feature. I keep it on my desk to ease my wife's concerns. SHE thinks it works. The 6L feature may have worked once but never again. It never makes contact with the third lead. The 2-Lead works but the information is not reliable. I should have returned it.

The Geek Squad was not able to install the device because the instructions that came with the device were not comprehensive. the geek squad employee said the instructions were the worst he had ever seen
