Love my mini EKG machine
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This little machine is easy to sync with the app and is just as easy to use. It does an EKG in 30 seconds and is very portable. Fits in my purse. It is reliable enough for my cardiologist to accept its readings and I can email my “strip” to her easily. I appreciate that it keeps my history. This is my second one and my only negative is that the battery is so hard to replace that I bought a second one after much frustration. But I like it enough to do that. Kardia has other products that track more health issues but I opted for the simple version.

Accurate EKG Monitor
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Seems to be an accurate EKG monitor. Easy peasy in taking readings. I gave it a 4 rating however, because initially the advertisement stated this monitored three different heart conditions. It only monitors your EKG......UNLESS you purchase the upgrade. Still worth the money if you are interested in only keeping a record of your EKG,

Great for SVT
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My cardiologist recommended that I pick up this little device once he suspected that I might have Supraventricular Tachycardia (SVT). This personal EKG device is awesome - it sticks right to the back of my phone, so I will be able to catch an episode no matter where I am. SVT is tricky to diagnose, so it mostly has to be caught at home on your own. We are hoping to catch a reading on the Kardia so that I can officially be diagnosed. Don't forget to use your HSA funds if you have them!

||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The AliveCor-KardiaMobile Personal EKG Monitor is priced right, easy to use, highly portable and accurate. Cardiac personnel should recommend this item for each of their patients. The information displayed could be a life saver when acted upon when displaying results that are abnormal or a relief when it shows "normal" readings.

Heart health AFIB Mobile Monitor
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The system does work. The phone app was easy to setup. Wet finger tips starts the recording and it records for 30 secs. You can save the recording and also send to your doctor if you want and print out s hard copy. It only diagnoses three things, AFIB, tachycardia, bradycardia and also normal. The finger tip pad is very sensitive. The slightest movement will cause the recording to stop or give a few flaky waves. If it stops you can start it over. This is not the same as a multi lead EKG but it is a way to monitor between dr visits. It is also not a substitute for a Cardiologist. I am sure it is not 100% accurate but it does seem to be helpful. I have been to the cardiologist yet to compare to their EKG machine, but I will on my next visit. I will also show my hard copies to the dr. also. I have been using this for about 4 weeks now.

Small and portable - great for my health!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.[Employee of bestbuy] The AliveCor KardiaMobile is one of those small, unassuming gadgets that ends up feeling surprisingly powerful once you start using it. It’s about the size of a couple of credit cards stacked together, but it can record a medical-grade EKG in about 30 seconds right from your phone. For anyone who deals with occasional palpitations, irregular heartbeats, or just wants reassurance between doctor visits, it delivers peace of mind without feeling intimidating or overly technical. What I really like is how simple it is to use. You open the app, place your fingers on the two metal pads, and the reading starts instantly. There are no wires, no patches, and nothing to stick on your body. The app clearly explains what it detects—like possible atrial fibrillation, normal sinus rhythm, bradycardia, or tachycardia—so you’re not left guessing what the little spikes and waves mean. It’s also easy to save recordings and share them with your doctor, which can be incredibly helpful if your symptoms come and go unpredictably. The build quality feels sturdy, and the fact that it doesn’t need charging is a bonus. You just pick it up and use it whenever you need it. The companion app is straightforward, though some of the more advanced features require a subscription, which might be a drawback if you’re trying to avoid ongoing fees. Still, the core functionality—the ability to take quick, accurate EKG readings—is fully available without a monthly plan. It’s not meant to replace professional medical equipment or doctor oversight, but it absolutely fills the gap between appointments. For people with known cardiac issues, anxiety about symptoms, or just a desire to keep better track of their heart health, KardiaMobile is a compact, reliable tool that offers reassurance and early insights when you need them most.

Worth every penny!!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I HIGHLY recommend this monitor. It does all that the ads say it will do. I have a pacemaker and monitor on my home that records what the pacemaker "sees". This device has allowed me to take "30-second snapshots" so I can see what's going on when I don't feel up to par. I have already been able to send some of those snapshots to my doc resulting in a change in meds without my having to go into the office. Worth every penny!!!

Great value
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this for my parents but my brother was who ended up keeping it. My father has too many other health issues and the product couldn't pick up a good reading from his finger. The oxygen monitor he uses on his finger also has problems occasionally getting a good reading. He just has a lot of issus on top of heart. But my brother, who had a heart attack last year, was able to get a good reading and ended up keeping it for his own monitoring. My only issue was all the phones had to have the cases removed in order for the product to get a quality signal to get a good reading. So that is going to be an issue having to remove the phone case every time you want to get a reading.

AliveCor - KardiaMobile EKG
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The unit is easy to use and you can save your 30 seconds EKGs on your phone. However the negative is unless you purchase a monthly plan you can’t find out if your heart rate is showing premature ventricular contractions and other irregularities. This isn’t explained clearly on the outer box!

Excellent device; EASY to set up and use.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excellent device! E A S Y to use, no training or instructions needed. None! Anybody can do it. Really! download the app to your phone, sit down comfortably and put the device and phone side-by-side, put 2 fingers from each hand on the silver pads, wait....BINGO!! This device will tell you whether your heartbeat is in rhythm or whether you are in A-Fib. IT WILL NOT DETECT HEART ATTACK. You can "join" and have benefit of a doctor's opinion, etc., or still use it free without joining. In addition, it is very small.... maybe 3 1/2" long and 1/4" thick, and so it will fit easily into your purse or pants pocket, and you can have it with you wherever you go. FYI-- I recommend that you order the protective carrying case from the KardiaMobile company after you receive the device.

KardiaMobile Very Helpful for Detecting A-Fib!!!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased as a gift for my parents who aren't very technically savvy. It is very easy for them to use and they've been able to tell if they are in or out of A-fib. EMS and ER staff have both been able to record A-fib episodes with their equipment after the Kardia device has stated they are in A-fib. So it appears to be quite accurate.

|Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.[Employee of bestbuy] The good: Small fits in a wallet, or attaches to the back of your phone. The bad: It attaches to your phone back so coins in your pocket can run down the battery. For more than the basic reading you have to pay a subscription. They pray on fear and try to get you to pay for consultations and advanced features. Privacy statement says they can sell your data to other parties. Needs to be less than 10 inches from your phone to get a good signal and connection. Recently purchased it hoping for a better resolution and ease of use for readings. I got an pulse rate warning from my watch, used the watch EKG and it showed Afib detected, I tried the Kardia, nope, you're fine. Checked my watch EKG again, it still showed Afib. Tried an older Omron monitor I have, it showed Afib. Tried the Kardia again, nope, normal sine. I have had this happen on two different occasions several days apart. The closest it came to any abnormal reading was unclassified. If I have symptoms and it shows on 2 other devices, but not this one, then it's a piece of crap that I don't want. Taking it back. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Easy and great product.
||Posted . Owned for 9 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love this product! I have the blood pressure machine that belongs to the same name as this product. And also stores it’s information with the same app. That is actually how I found this product. I decided to give it a try. I sometimes have a heartbeat that skips and wanted to keep an eye on it. This product is pretty easy to use. And has the option to have it sent over to your doctor. It can help categorize what your irregular heart beat is in terms of if it’s super serious where you need to get to the emergency room or if it’s undetermined. Both my husband and I use it.

Good price single lead EKG for your heart
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excellent price for a 1 lead EKG heart monitor. Easy to setup and use. Download the app, connect with bluetooth, and place both left and right hand middle nad index fingers on the lead and you can watch your heart rate cardiogram. There is a subscription portion to this which allows you to detech othr heart issues, but I think the basic would be good enough for most people. And if you're really worried about your heart, I would pay for the subscription. Allows you to PDF your EKG to send to your doctor which I think can be useful. You don't need an apple watch to do EKG for your heart, This one does it better and only $70 when I purchased it. 5 stars if it came with premium subecript free for at least a couple of months.
