An app on your phone has to be in to work so don't think you can just buy it and use it right away. I am technically challenged so I had to travel to a family member to get it set up. I use it once a day. It says I am OK and it records the results for my doctor to review. Will see if it works.

What the description doesn't say is it seperates a fool and it's money requiring a monthly subscription to save the readings. I'll probably return it as I'm not looking for anymore monthly bills. Drs get paid plenty to keep that record for me.
