I was very conflicted on whether or not this was worth the purchase. It’s a little bit difficult to get used to putting your fingers correctly on the pads, but you get the hang of it really quick. There is no replacement for going to an actual doctor/cardiologist but I can tell you, this thing works if you’re looking to monitor for basic heart arrhythmias. It’s a very impressive piece of equipment and will make a great addition to anyone who worries about their heart.

    Personal EKG, a good unit

I purchased this as a gift for my aging parents, and they liked it! The first EKG they took was automatically sent to a specialist who reviews the results free of charge. They told me they like it. The only drawback is, it is essentially the same EKG (single lead) that you can get with the Applewatch, so if you’ve got one of those, buying this may be redundant.

My Cardiologist recommended this to me and it works fairly well. Its one of the few ECGs that can catch any abnormal rhythms other than AFIB. I have been diagnosed with Supraventricular Tachycardia, with PVCs and PACs so its nice to have this.

I was a skeptic of the system at first but my Doctor told me to get it. The Device is easy to use and gives great readings. I like this version because the batteries can be replaced unlike the card. People have stated that it doesn't save your scans unless you pay for the monthly service but it does. i can review all of my results.

easy to use, set up and does as advertised what they don't tell you is the basic model is just that, and to get any benefit from the monitoring, you have to upgrade or commit to a monthly subscription -- seems like a lot of nickel and dining

It worked fine for other members of my household, but it took several tries to get it to work on me. When I did get it to work, it accurately identified my atrial fibrillation. And I can send the results right to my doctor.

I love this personal portable Kardia mobile ekg detector. My Husband’s heart rhythm goes into Afib and he had half his ablation done and waiting for the other side of his heart to be done. We can check his heart rate on my phone app but this little device works with the phone and besides giving heart rate and blood pressure it tells whether your heart is in rhythm. Fantastic and easy to use!!

Dr. prescribed either KardiaMobile or an Apple Smart Watch to record my heart rate and track my sinus rhythm. The Smart Watch was more than 3x the cost of Kardia Mobile but does the same task. It pairs easily with iPhone and records data whenever I use it. The cheaper cost and making time to take the measurements outweigh the convenience of wearing the Smart Watch and just pressing the stem to get a reading. Covid times are unemployment times.

A very useful portable way to get an EKG at any time. The only issues were that the device often needed to be extremely near (right next to) the smartphone and that a reading which said possible fibrillation appeared to be a completely normal reading according to a cardiologist. Otherwise, the reassurance of being able to take unlimited EKGs made the device very worthwhile for me.

It does what it says it will: Gives you a two lead ECG showing heart rhythm. The basic plan includes screening for atrial fibrillation, tachycardia, bradycardia. If other abnormalities are detected you can , for a fee, submit it for reading to their service, or print the strip as a PDF to be interpreted by your "provider"
