This works perfectly and he’s been able to submit his saved readings to his doctor by email and it’s been very useful in treating his cardiac issues.

I thought it also looked for any skips or Eccos in the heartbeats. Unfortunately it doesn't. A smartwatch will do the same thing.

It works well except that it wants a "quiet" environment. Used with the Omron app, the resulting test results are automatically stored for reference.

Only downside is a protective case is not included. Best Buy does not carry the manufacturer case. Case has to be purchased from KardiaMobile direct. It’s expensive compared to the device.
