I wanted to return it but my 14 day warranty ran out. If I would have purchased it with the manufacturing company, I would have had a 30 day warranty. I made a poor decision purchasing this product through Best Buy, the warranty was much less for the same product. I will have to keep this in mind from this day forward, that I may be lessening my warranty by purchasing certain products through Best Buy. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

After purchasing and calling for support I found out that if you have a pacmaker they do not recommend using because the reading might not be accurate. Other than that it is amazing what it does for the price!
