Way too many hidden fees not revealed in the ads

Gave this as a gift and had no idea that this was so restricted with on going costs if you want to use the service. This is so sneaky. When you go online, it wants you to sign up for the service without revealing the hidden costs involved. I'm very sorry that I purchased this item.

Regarding the storage of EKGs, it's important to note that you do not necessarily need to pay for the additional KardiaCare subscription to store your EKGs. You’ll need to purchase more items to go with it.

You have to pay a monthly bill to be able to send reports and you also have to purchase other gadgets for it to be really beneficial to have. I would not recommend this to anyone unless you are ok with making quite an investment. We returned ours.

Very inconsistent readings

Huh? I am alone, in a room, with no TV, radio, and in complete silence. It's kinda important for it to work consistently. If I could return it, I would.
