Didn’t work. No customer support

The batteries that came with it were weak or the device was defective. He ordered new batteries. After inserting them he couldn’t get the cover back on. Then I tried. I looked on line at videos. We were doing the right thing but the cover would not snap in. I contacted support through at the kardiamobile website. The response was I’d be contacted “shortly”. Your idea of shortly and mine differ. Though it was just after noon when I requested help I would have accepted a reply the next day. 2 1/2 days later still no reply so I reached out again. 2 more days and still no response. The product was returned.
