I went to my local Best Buy store after it was showing one of these left on the shelf, but when I arrived there it was not in stock, even though their website said it was. Not being deterred I ordered it at the store and was told that it would be here the following day. The next day, I check my email to find that my order has been delayed and that it might be another two weeks before my order arrives. Seriously? I was needing this device to help monitor my Afib. BB has given no explanation for this.

Don’t recommend a new one and the price was the same or I should say the price was cheaper when my wife got it and it’s the same model I thought they were selling a new model that’s why I ordered it, but I returned it. so I thought I was getting a new bottle for the wife with more money than the same model and I said another reason I returned it.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.my heart had been skipping beats, so I wanted to see ekg; (I had been critical care nurse for 22+ years); the machine read Normal sinus rhythm with no irregularities--but I was appalled to see that I was having 'PVCs' up to 4 times in 30 seconds and machine never mentioned; someone with compromised cardiovascular function could have assumed everything was perfect when, in fact, they would need to consult their doctor; I returned mine, but I feel bad for people who rely on this machine alone--could have negative consequences.

Good for those who have chronic heart problems.

But what is not clear when you purchase this item is you have to buy a subscription to the service or the darn thing doesn't work. And if you want anything more there is also an extra cost. For someone who just wants a reading say every 6 months it's expensive and would not recommend.

They will not replace it or give us any type of a discount on a new one. We cannot send it back for them to check it. It is not worth it for a year and a half.
