    The quality of the ECG readout is less than expected. The device is interfered with by computers and by hearing aids- you cannot be near either one.

    Won’t work with hearing aids

    When I bought the Kardia I was never told it didn’t work with hearing aids. When I called Kardia to exchange it for model that does work with hearing aids they said they would not do that. Terrible customer service.

    AliveCor states that this is compatible with most smartphones. IT IS NOT. Only if you have a certain iPhone or Samsung will it work. 90% of smartphones will not work.

    Don't waste your money!

    I purchased this after a short stay in the hospital with AFIB. EVERY reading I took showed I had AFIB, even though my Doctors were telling me I was in normal sinus rhythm. It had me upset for no reason. I destroyed the box or I would ask for a refund!

    Dangerous misconception device

    Cheap little device, with an expensive monthly subscription. Can be dangerous, false sense of security. I read go to physician if symptoms and get real ekg.

    Could not get it to work

    First we found that it needed a CR 2016 battery which is a very unusual size. Regardless, we never got it working properly.
