Not great for outdoors unless you are nearby the speaker. In an enclosed place like a room or a house, it plays music well. For the price, it a great speaker. I mainly use it to listen to music in the shower so being water proof is perfect. Also, I can control my music from the speaker while in the shower which is exactly what I am looking for.

I do HIIT workouts and needed to hear them. Even though this speaker is small, it works very well and is quite loud. I also like that it is rechargeable - no batteries to deal with. Also, it was unexpensive.

Small but Big sound! Of course doesn't have the big bass of larger, higher priced speakers. But if you want a budget speaker that can be toted on your belt, you'll probably not find a better deal on a speaker with this level of sound.

The old one always sounded tinny and cheap, this speaker has no such issues. I bought it to use in the shower since all my other stereo equipment doesn't carry into the bathroom very well. It works marvelously for that. Brilliant.

It works. I mean its not dolby surround sound i expect from my high end luxury domestic vehicles but we live in a world of planned obsolescence.
