Not the most durable
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Loved the sound quality loved the lights if your good at taking care of your things this is for you I however am a rough owner so I dropped it while it was charging got a new charger now it only charges to 40% and just am always worried about breaking one of the lights on the handle hasn't happened but I could see it happening eventually

Not sure what to do
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I just got this earlier sounds good my only issue is there no manual and also when I turned it on it was red so I put it to charge 6hrs passed by light was still red I disconnected to a different outlet it wouldn't charge anymore I turned it on now the button was clear . It doesn't mark when it fully charged I'm going to drain the battery tomorrow and charge it again and see how long does it take for it to charge lucky me I have insurance so if the problem persist I will take it in for labor

Great for the 1st year / poor customer service

It worked great for the 1st year, then it suddenly stopped charging/no power. I contacted customer service for Alltec Lansing and they did nothing for me and offered me nothing. For $200, I would have hoped this slightly used speaker would have lasted longer then 1 year!! Free Tip...spend the extra money and get a JBL, Sony etc.

Charger stopped working after a few charges

I contacted Altec Lansing’s support and they basically told me too buy a replacement charger from the store I purchased it from. I will never purchase from Altec Lansing again, I have bought JBL and Bose in the past and that’s what I should’ve this time.
