I bought the same digital picture frame a year ago and it was half the price and had a better quality image. This frame shows a lot of noise in the photos, it doesn't go through the photos at the correctly timed intervals. 3, 5 seconds options are longer and inconsistent.

It shows pictures that are downloaded, on SDS card and on flash drive. But, it won't show different files when chosen. I spent time creating files for each topic but the frame just shows them all, regardless of all of my work. There are no detailed instructions for all the menus and the maker's website focuses on the wi-fi, internet frames and not on the simple digital one which is why I chose poor for ease of use. Yes, there is a phone number for help. Oh, boy!

This was a great gift for the grandparents - able to send pictures to them easy to enjoy all the grandkids

I purchased this for my sister, and she loves it. After seeing hers, I ran out an purchase one for myself.

Simplistic frame was just what we were looking for. Only drawbacks to me are the screen contrast changes depending on the viewing angle making setting things like brightness challenging. Also, nowhere in the instructions did it give the photo resolution to crop photos to - had to Google it. It has a stretch mode, but some photos display horribly distorted when this mode is activated. Overall, this frame does exactly what we wanted it to, but I did put in some time to prepare photos for display on it.

The digital photo frame has a large display. It holds so many photo...I can enjoy all my pictures from my vacation and family photos.

My grandmother had an smaller older version and it stopped working. She enjoys the larger screen and the picture is great

Present for my 93 year old grandmother. She does not know how to work it, but luckily she foes not have to. Just load'em up, and voila, my photos just constantly in her face. She'll never forget me now!

The frame itself is terrific, but the remote hasn't worked since I purchased it and the company hasn't responded to my request for a replacement. I am unable to return to a Best Buy because it was a gift for someone not near a store,so it's not really an issue with Best Buy.

Great for looking at memories. Mom loves the way she can continuously look at photos of friends and family.

I got one for my sister and loaded it with family photos. She was happy with it. Anyone thinking of buying one for your smartphone pictures may want to give some thought to the WiFi-compatible ones. This was for old 35 mm slides I had digitized, and serves that purpose.

It has good display and product is portable enough that I would take it anywhere in carry on luggage with me.
