    I got this as a gift. It didn't have Wi-Fi capability so it was too tedious to me to get pictures on the frame. Would have had to go to a computer, download to a thumb drive or SD card then go through the steps of installing on the frame. I returned it & will get one with Wi-Fi.

    Had problems where installation was wrong causing vehicle to not work til they came and fixed it

    I have only owned this for 9 months and now have 2 lines of dead pixels. After loading pictures the display continues to not be able to read more and more of the photos that used to display properly. Will have to contact Aluatek for a warranty repair/ replacement. Hopefully that goes better than the quality of their products.

    They were out of the one I wanted (twice the price, much higher resolution) so had to settle for this one. If I only knew, I would not have bought it. Very poor quality and sooo bright to a point you can't see details. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. This was around $80+ so it ain't cheap either.

    Returned it. Image quality was just really not good at all. And if you didn't look at it straight on, it was even worse.

    It was given as an anniversary gift and he loves it. He's been able to look at pictures from years ago. There are 4 different ways to plug in to see your pictures.
