    I like this product but not in its entirety because if I want to connect a 256 GB hard drive does not work because the hard drive has to be connected to the power and that's the detail so I do not give it 5 stars.

    This product is great to scroll through multiple memories however if you aren't a little computer savvy and know how to edit pictures it can be a little struggle to have the product view your pictures properly.

    I'm fairly technical and didn't find it that easy to load photos - definitely load the photos before you give it to the grandparents. Edit the photos to a good size and shape first.

    Not great quality. Bought it as a gift for my mom and the pictures are small. I transferred my iPhone photos to it and is not great quality display.
