    I'm sorry to say that my ream of paper came in an opened & crushed, in addition to my toner cartridge. Due to the nature of everything going on I was just going to deal w/it because there's no sense in returning it, plus I am just trying to salvage 1/2 the ream because I need it. I'm not sure if the toner is damaged because I hadn't installed it yet.

    On the shuffle mode, tends to show too many in sequence vs actually shuffling them more. Otherwise it's fine

    I'm not very impressed with this product for the price. The power cable is very short, it cheap looking, and doesn't offer many features for the slideshow. When you think 32" tv's are can be sold for a little over $100, then this 10" digital photo frame should offer more for $70
