Drawback for me is I haven't been able to figure out how to set it so when you turn on and off it doesn't always start with the same pic. Is this even possible?

I believe it required a certain type of file that it was near impossible for me to create. I would honestly just recommend getting one off of Amazon or something that accepts your video types! Just do your research before getting one and make sure it accepts your .mp4’s or whatever photo file you use!
