    Had issues with it every time there was a power outage, it didn’t want to start and/or play my pictures. The remote control also sucks I thought it was the batteries but after changing them for new ones we still have the same issues. It wouldn’t do anything you told it to do with the control until it felt like it.

    The picture display is nice and clear but it wont play videos and it appears i have to convert videos with another program for it to be compatible with the frame. The usb did not work when attaching a 2.0 USB with photos. Another issue was that once I transferred photos from my pc to the frames internal memory, I can only delete one photo at a time out of 400 photos.
