I got for my great grandmother for her 101 birthday to help her remember the great grandkids.

It works... but the screen didn't show in HD, The sound is horrible and setting it up took hours... It wouldn't play a standard MP4 video format. I got it to work and my clients appear to like it. I write custom wedding music, and used this to combine the music and photos... would have been better if it had accepted the mp4 format

Very disappointed with the item. Picture sizes don’t adjust to the screen size leaving you with either a very tiny image with lots of black empty space around it or you have to zoom in and that leaves you with a cropped and grainy picture. This product still needs a lot of work and definitely not worth the price.

Good value. Gets job done. Would buy again and recommend.

Poor interface, poor quality resolution, it distorted my pictures and added red and yellow streaks down some of the pictures. I thought at $80 it would be sufficient; it was not and I returned it a week later.

There were issues with the photos not displaying with the correct orientation.

Its meh, the color accuracy is pretty bad to be honest. It was a nice gift for my mother but if you are buying this for someone who expect good picture quality, dont buy this one.

Had a hard time uploading the pictures to the frame. After buying a USB drive for $35, uploaded the pics from my smartphone and the quality was terrible. Had to return it the day before Christmas because I was too embarrassed to give it as a gift.

After 2 months of having the frame, the picture quality is distorted and there is a pixel line across the display that ruins the images. Doesn't play video content even when formatted.

Resolution was alright. Enjoyed the functionality of product.

Don’t know, it was a Mother’s Day gift to my mom that is 1000 miles away. She could not get it working. She is elderly and speaking with her and her determination and still couldn’t get it set up

Not sharp like the Apple iPad, therefore I returned it.

I wish I had taken the other review more seriously, where he talks about how difficult it was to load photos onto this. I'm not sure what the problem is, 30% of photos never could be seen, "Decoding Error", with no discoverable pattern as to why. Lots of time, effort, attempts, resizing, reformatting, renaming, etc, including getting advice on line, from manufacturer, etc., but nothing worked reliably. Made it very unhappy overall. Darn.

but it works when you get it going. I had issues with it spinning pictures that were portrait vs. landscape. Even if I changed it around in Photoshop. Weird. I ended up not using those pics. The switching between pics and video was painful.
