The product had commercial advertising laced in with my pictures. I contacted customer support who would not fix my problem until I gave him my credit card number and made a purchase. I returned the product the next day.

Purchased to display my images ive taken from my standard phone and was dissapointed in the image quality that it had. Ended up returning it for an upgrade

Graphics could be better and have to hide a power cord

Purchased this item and when I tried to set up the slideshow on a continuos loop, it would either stop after one cycle through or wouldn’t even go past a certain point. Brought the item back to Best Buy store, and because I didn’t purchase the geeksquad and it was past the 15 days (less than 30 days) they refused to help me. I asked to get a refund, they refused. I asked for a replacement and they refused that as well. Not happy with customer service.

The picture quality of the product is absolutely horrendous. Every picture displayed on it shows up extremely pixelated. One of the worst products I have ever bought. The quality of all pictures no matter what I did was horrible. Resizing, changing file form, and everything else did not change the quality of pictures displayed on the product. Did not get to return it due to being past return date when I attempted. It's in the trash now. Don't buy this product.

This was not so great. I don’t know if my unit wasn’t functional, but I had various issues uploading pictures as well as trying to play them from a memory source. I returned it. I now use my Fire Tablet and it works 10x better.

Picture looks a bit washed out, audio is very weak coming from a tiny speaker. There were no working displays at the store, so by the time I got this programmed and running I did not want to return it...

had trouble downloading pictures to the internal memory. also, would not even display the pictures from the flash drive. got a philips brand elsewhere and am very satisfied.

I was dissapointed with the quality of the picture. It was kind of grayish. Plus, it was too complicated for my dad to load or update. You can't pick it up, it just sits there plugged in. I returned it.

Not worth the price. Poor picture, brightness and viewing angles. Better off buying a Amazon fire tablet, propping it on a stand, and downloading a photo slide show app. Bonus you get a tablet if you use it that way too.

Beautiful digital frame, love the slim sleek look. Had to return it. Terrible glare, and no matter how I positioned it, I saw a glare more than the picture. I was surprised considering the cost.

I thought was a Bluetooth and easy to manage but even like tha the product still on good size

After a month of use, a dead pixel line appeared. The pictures were okay quality, not super clear, but not pixelated.

Purchased this one, but it seemed to have difficulty reading many of the jpeg's. I returned this one and bought the Insignia 10 inch. Used the same SD card with no problem.

Nice digital picture frame, BUT I returned it because it doesn't have the clarity and resolution that the iPad and iMac offer and I've been spoiled by the Apple products.

I bought 2 in September and one does not turn on anymore. The one that works is easy to use.

Pictures you download are fuzzy and discolored Also when you rotate and download the pictures they install upside down and will not stay rotated in correctly
