super, mega, too difficult to pass the ftos, the process of passing photos is ridiculous, it seems a product from 3 centuries ago ... I returned the same day, the box advertisement is a lie shows the functionality of pass photo as if it were of cell phone directly to him but it is not so, you have to use a cale usb, believe me I do not really know how the best buy sells that because the wallmart does not sell

Followed the directions included with product. Every picture that I upload to the frame comes out pixelated. Can not find a solution for this issue

A pretty cheap electronic frame. Photos are not clear and the colors are dull. I own other frames that are far better.

Picture quality is poor you need to tilt frame in order to get a clear picture picture looks washed out I would not recommend this frame

It's nice for viewing pictures, clarity is ok, but thought it would be better. Some pictures loaded sideways when in vertical position.

The setup was easy enough even though the software UI is a bit clunky. There is a nice amount of internal storage but the picture and video quality was so bad I would not recommend it. The picture on the box leads you to believe your images will by crisp and clear but they will instead be washed out and slightly fuzzy. I returned this after about a week of testing.

Images can not be seen from any angle except for a limited viewpoint.

Late review...I bought 3 as gifts for family and wanted to load the pics for my Dads frame before I gave it to him. The remote only partially works. It won’t download pics at all. Since Best Buy’s return policy sucks (15days) Hoping the other 2 worked. I’ve been dealing with the manufacture. Waste of money.

I bought this since this was the only digital frame in BestBuy but i really should have just left. The user interface is understandable but it is clunky. Picture quality is horrible. Technically it works but its not worth the time or money i spent. I would recommend BestBuy to get rid of this product and stock higher quality products.

Video play back is very choppy. If used to show pictures that works fine. Not recommended for video or movies.

I bought this for my father-in-law. It turned out to be a little less than user friendly. Almost difficult.

Not sure if my problems were with the single item or with the product overall. I had a flash drive with over 450 photos on it. The frame would play about the first 30 then shut itself off and start over. It was set to show the photos randomly. It did display them in a random order from how they were put on the flash drive, but it always started with the same photo and ran through them in the same sequence.

This was my second unit. It did not work and frankly was tired of fooling with it. Great idea, but poor quality control.

When you load your pictures they are all upside during slideshow and you can rotate them but it doesn't save the rotation.

Photos repeat themselves and it does not have good resolution. Was disappointed and Had to return it.

Bought this as a decorative frame to scroll our digital photos. It work well at first. However, after a couple of months the power connection wouldn't work. It wasn't the cable or the power pack, it was the unit itself.

We purchased this item for my wheelchair bound Grandmother. It took us 2 hrs to set up and try to load the videos we wanted to put into it. The menu system is not functional and the unit did not play videos in order, instead kept playing the same one over and over. We are going to try and work on it but am extremely unsatisfied with this purchase.

we couldn't get the pictures to show in sequence...they were in random mode and we couldn't get it changed...and then only a few of the pictures would show. called customer support and they were unable to help and suggested I return it. I actually exchanged it and will give it one more try....but I'm not holding my breath!

Random function always shows same order. Repeat function will not cycle infinitely. Pictures show sideways and upside down. When i asked the manufacturer about it, they told me "download x or y software to rotate the pic, because windows' rotation wont work on our product". Colossal frustration. Wish i could get my money back
