Hard to load pics. Music even harder and pauses while randomly playing.

The plug burned out, I know this because we bought 2 , still works but plug doesn’t

I recieved my frame promptly from Best Buy. I take a lot of photos with my phone and DSLR. I was looking for a place I can view them other than my computer or social media. This frame did the trick. I was impressed with the thin design compared to older designs. I was also happy with the higher resolution for my DSLR pics. I found the interface rather easy to use and had no issues playing MP4 formatted videos taken from my devices. Overall I would purchase another, if I had another location to put it.

So lets start by saying I am a tech guy, so a frame should not be hard to setup, right? Wrong. Very very wrong. It took about an hour and a half to set up, as I kept getting decode errors. So I google it. The manufacturer is like "here, it needs an update." *Performs update* *Nothing changes* *Throws frame* After troubleshooting further, it turns out the frame does not like certain pictures. Which pictures you may ask? I have no idea. All photos of mine were formatted the same, with some resolution differences. What I did was put the photos on one by one and delete whichever came up with a decode error. After the initial set up it looks and works great. To those people reviewing who say it is stretched or looks weird, that is a simple setting change. Honestly though, if this wasn't an anniversary gift I know my girlfriend would love, I probably would have taken it back. But nonetheless, it is setup after a painful amount of time and looks great.

Picked up this frame at our nearby BB store as a gift for my elderly parents. The setup was super easy: Plug in the AC Adapter, turn it on, inserted my SD Card that I preloaded with lots of pictures of my kids, turned on auto slideshow and that was all. The pictures come out extremely bright and vibrant and the resolutions are HD quality. Every time I visit my parents, I load different pictures for them and they love it. It's just a picture frame, load images, turn the power on, my 8 year old can use it without any hiccups.

I wanted a frame for my desk at work that had a clean look and did not take up a lot of space. The slim profile of this frame fit the bill, and it looks great. As far as functionality, the frame works flawlessly and was easy to set up. Just plug and play right from the box. Picture quality is good. It even plays movies, so I was able to loop my kid breaking a board at karate.

I ordered my frame from Best Buy after deciding to actually display some of the thousands of digital pictures I have taken over the years. I am very happy with my choice of the Aluratek frame. This frame was really easy to set up, the picture quality is outstanding and many of the features that I wasn't necessarily looking for have been a bonus. In particular, the ability to play videos is awesome. Great frame! Great buy!

I love this frame. Its very easy to use, no Installation required. I have installed 8 gb memory card with 2000 pics in the frame and its showing slide all day long. Feeling good to have my old memories in front of my eyes every day.
