Won't repeat slideshow -- useless

The customer support told me to unplug and re-plug (duh!) still didn't work. So back in the box and off to select a different brand. To add insult to injury, Aluratek sent me a 25% off any item coupon that does not work on any item I've tried to select due to the restrictions placed on "any". Going to spend a bit more -- in store -- and get what I need.

Poor quality

When I loaded my pictures they were not clear and you had to be in just the right position to look at the pictures. I previously had a different frame that I had for over 5 years & it just was no longer working so wanted a new frame. I did return this item.

Have had to come back to best buy to replace the product with the same product and keeps breaking down. Don't buy or you'll be making multiple trips to the store

It's not worth it.

Right, if by most formats you mean AVIs and MP3s only. Since pretty much every mobile device or camera records in MP4 format, and has done so for at least the last 20 years or so, that's pretty much useless. So disappointing.

It’s just a frame

Photos don't download.

I was wrong, out of the 64 photos I have downloaded on to the frame, only 4 actually show on the frame. It is not worth the money. Don't waste your time.

Have to download an app to make anything work?! Transfer from USB doesn't work. I don't know anyone who wants their FB pics auto loaded to a digital frame.
