I assumed that the frame worked on a charge and not an a/c cord. Display quality adequate. Very easy to load content.

This photo frame has pros and cons. The pros: good picture quality and easy to use. Cons: volume level is super low and videos can’t scroll on their own in a loop. Also the sd card won’t load onto it in a manner which works easily

Allows me to see the Stickers my granddaughter put on my phone. Feels very nice while holding phone.

I gave this,as a wedding gift and provided a,flash drive of all their shower pics! I think they liked it!

I wanted a digital frame just to load pictures on it for a slideshow. This frame has that capability, though it was fairly slow and not very user friendly. The battery in the remote was corroded when I opened the box. The graphics and remote felt like something five+ years out of date. But I was willing to deal with that. However, when the slideshow wouldn't repeat, I had to contact support. I went into settings and set the slideshow to repeat and it just... didn't. Aluratek's website promises a response to your email in 1 business day. After three business days, I tried to call them. Their technical support line went to voicemail. I left a message and waited a few more days. I tried calling every other phone number on their website. I got voicemail. I sent another email. No response. I resorted to Twitter. The social media person DID try to get someone to contact me - they promised I'd receive a call the next day. I didn't (even though I waited by the phone all day.) After 15 business days, I was finally able to get someone on the phone by calling the technical support number several more times. The person on the other end seemed stumped by my problem. Of course, it is now too late to return this frame to Best Buy, since it is has been more than 30 days since it was purchased. (The first ~15 days of the return window were used up before Christmas- this was a present.) I would never buy another Aluratek product again. Please - find another brand for your digital frame!!

This was very easy to set up. The photos are clear. I purchased this for my grandmother and she just loves it.

Very easy to set up and love the picture. We bought a sound bar as well as was recommended and could not be happier with the purchase. love having you tube on it.

I have two of these and they held up great the past year. The imagine quality is clear and nice perfect to gift someone. My first one fell off of the counter and is still working fine surprisingly.

Since I'm not a techie, it took a little while for me to figure out how to work the menu. The book doesn't tell you much, so it was more trial and error. With the 4g memory, the frame is currently storing about 600 photos. My interest in this particular model was a decent-sized (10") frame and memory storage so my mom wouldn't have to mess with a flash drive. Other than the appearance of the vertical pictures, which appear very small, the quality of the horizontal pictures is pretty good. I wish it had the ability to shuffle the pictures so they're more random. I had to show my mom how to use it -- she's 77 -- and she seems to like it. I told her to put the frame in her lap and enjoy because it would take most of the day to go through all of pictures. :)

Cheaper than it's counterparts which was nice but I had to convert the pictures to a different format for them to show up. I also can not make videos show. That being said the picture quality is good and other than the video problem it works great. Will update if I can figure it out

Love this frame for the fact you can insert thousands of photos. The only reason I gave this 4 stars is because it has to be plugged in for it to display the photos. Wish you can just add batteries, the plug throws it off for me.

I got this for my grandmother for Christmas and she LOVED it! It’s super easy to set up and perfect size/resolution.

Didn't turn it on yet, but it looks nice. The quality is very good. And the price was very good too.

Brought for my grandmother. She loves collecting pictures but she was running out of room on her wall. But now all her pictures are on one frame. It’s so easy to use that I only had to show her once how to use it. We LOVE it.

This brings such joy to my desk. I set it up to auto rotate through my pictures with a 30 second change frequency. It will catch my eye from time to time and I smile from ear to ear. I went with an SD card which I felt made it easier to work with. I can pop the card out, add some photos, pop it back in and it's good to go. I also went with the auto on/off feature so that it matches my regular office hours and I don't have to remember to turn it on/off.

Great value nice screen size, and easy-to-use device.

This product was a great gift for my fiancée, as she uses it daily at work. The option to have background music playing during the slideshow was a major plus for her. I would recommend this product to anyone who is interested.

I bought this as a gift and my daughter loved it. It has great picture quality and the design of the frame is modern and goes with all decor.

We bought this as a gift for my in laws. We take loads of pictures of our baby nephew and want to share them with the family but it’s getting harder for them to see the pictures on their phones so we decided to get them something larger for them to view. I wanted to get them something easy to use but this frame proved to be very difficult and time consuming since you have to upload the pictures from a computer directly to the frame through usb, cable or memory card. We decided to upgrade to a WiFi frame. I wouldn’t recommend this frame for your grandparents or those that don’t know how to use computers that well.
