Issues with uploading photos, but my mother enjoyed this gift.

It wouldn't hook up to the internet like it said it would. Tried several times, and disconnected the internet and turned it back on. Tried to get others to be able to send pictures to it but not everyone can.

screen is nice so is the frame very easy to use and add photos

All my family loves to wash all the pictures. Especially the Videos.

It's a good frame but it's stupid there is no power button. It has to be plugged in all the time. That is bad design especially at that price

pixelated output. False preview on the product packaging, dont fall for it. I lost my gift rewards trying to return this product.

Total piece of crap. Didn’t work out of the box. Tried to work with customer service to get it working but no luck. It was a gift so my wife didn’t get it right away and after going back and forth with support it’s now past the ridiculous 15 day return window so Best Buy gave us the finger and now we’re in a big circle jerk with the manufacturer. Guess I’ll stick with Amazon in the future. Good riddance Best Buy.

I was not a fan of this device. The setup process was poor, and the device was only reaching out to Chinese servers.

I gave it to my dad for Christmas. When we opened it, the screen was hanging to one side. It had detached from the frame and crooked, leaving a gap which was impossible to adjust. Went to the store and exchanged it, came home, SAME thing on the same spot the frame had detached from the screen and a hole in the corner showing the inside. Returned it. Definitely some quality control issue

Was desperate for a birthday present for my MIL, and this was the only wifi frame in the store. Set up was a terrible process, and once it was "functioning", it wouldn't go through a few pics before freeing. We ended up not giving it to her, and I put it off to the side for a week. Went into my BB account to start a return, and the window was closed. So now I am stuck with it. A word of advice- spend the money and go with a better brand!

I returned this product. Needed to download something and way more complicated than the first gen a few years ago.

Spent hours and I mean HOURS trying to get this to work. Sent photos in the program download to the phone. Program shows that it was linked but no photos ever showed. Tried this several times. Tried the set up process again but it wouldn’t set up again because it was already linked. Contacted customer support at Best Buy and he was about as useless as … on a boar, he just sent me the manufacturer link to the set up instructions. This was a Christmas gift to my parents (in their 80‘s) as they don’t live near by and we were there to assist them with the set up and select favorite family photos to load. This was a complete waste of time. I returned the unit.

Way too complex. I just want to display pictures.

I purchased for my mother-in-law on October 24. She loved it until the screen went dark on 9 December. She lives in another state, so it will require my presence to see if troubleshooting can resuscitate it or if the product died.
