I purchased for my mother-in-law on October 24. She loved it until the screen went dark on 9 December. She lives in another state, so it will require my presence to see if troubleshooting can resuscitate it or if the product died.

I bought 3 frames and all of them failed within a week.

Would not recommend! Gave it as a Christmas gift, they plugged it in and it started smoking. Best Buy would not take it back as it was beyond 14 days of purchase!

It was a graduation gift so it wasn't opened right away. When it was opened around 2 1/2 months later it didn't work and Best Buy wouldn't allow a return. Customer service with the company was non-existent. A total flop.

Looked nice but came broken so could not put it to use

Quit working after 3 months and I can't get it fixed.Not happy!!!! Bought it for my mother with dementia.It was really helping for a little bit until it quit working. Now I can't get in touch with anybody to get it fixed!!!

Frame screen came damaged. The best part about it is I am unable to return it, as I purchased it three weeks prior to a birthday. The first time it was used and taken out of the package and plugged in, there was a strip of lines on the bottom of the screen that won't go away. Which means it is damaged.

Had to return. Not compatible with all WiFi networks.

This is a great digital frame. I wanted something that was simple and looked good. I received the frame and was happy with its design and quality. The set up process was smooth, just follow the included instructions. Then I started sending images from my phone that I wanted to see more often to the frame. They were quickly added and looked great. Next step is to get the family to download the app so they can start sending images. Overall good purchase.

Terrible interface. Terrible support. It doesn't live up to its claims. Downloads/uploads are hit or miss. You will finally give up.

Ordered on line for pick-up at store. Then got an email, saying out of stock. Got them at Home Depot the same day.

Picture quality isn’t great and it stopped working after a few months.

Delivery was delayed and I canceled the order and bought it on Amazon cheaper.

Nice item. Looks like a traditional frame. Easy to set up and the wifi connectivity is a great feature.

Easy to use. Great clarity of pictures. Love the motion sensor to turn it on and off. The size is great.

Bought it for the extra storage capacity. Easy start up. Lots of feature options for viewing. Really like the motion sensor on and the auto shut off timer so it doesn’t stay on overnight.

Bought 4 of these frames across 3 purchases. The touchscreen on one stopped functioning the second time we used it (fine for initial set up but didn't work when I went to make adjustments). If the touchscreen isn't working, it's also difficult to do a reset before returning! Two are ok and the final one hasn't been opened yet. The instructions are sparse but adequate after some tries. The app is pretty easy to use, though it has no directions or help tab. Picture quality is fine. If you want to upload photos from Google Photos, you'll need to download them first, and if you want to upload from your computer, it will take a number of steps (cable included). Easy to upload photos to one or multiple frames from a phone.

Got it for my parents and mother in law for Christmas since they’re new grandparents. Love how easy it was to set up. Picture quality is great. Highly recommend.
