Purchased this product from local Best Buy and was told they could ship it overnight which was done. Received product the next day from local Best Buy. Product was delivered with broken stand. Went to store to simply exchange the product. Was told to walk to rear of store and get product to exchange. After thirty minutes I was told they could not exchange. I was told to call (888) number and ship the product back. After another forty-five minutes on the phone I finally got someone to send me a shipping label. Had to return to my home to print the label and then go to UPS to ship. This was insanity to simply exchange a broken product that came from my local store. Requested a refund instead of exchange which resulted in additional calls to obtain the refund.

Not yet happy with it. I thought it would be an easy way to share pictures with my Dad who does not have internet. But I am having a difficult time getting photos on it and the videos do not work at all. If I can figure this out, I will update my review. I guess I am required to download the app, which I wanted to avoid since he doesn't have internet. So the difficulty may just be me. Also, the mini SIM card is very difficult to remove. Very tight fit.

Quite nice and much appreciated. Don’t expect a non-techie to set I up on their own.

I bought this in November - it was a Xmas gift for my mother. It was broken right out of the box, of course didn’t find this out until after Xmas. It turns on, flashes a couple times and shuts off. Tried multiple things to get it working; hard resets, leaving it plugged in the charger etc - nothing worked. I didn’t get the unit back from my mother until February since I don’t see her often, I didn’t bother reaching out to Best Buy since I bought it in November, so I went right to the company’s customer service. I told them what was wrong and the situation, provided a picture of the unit with the serial number and just want a replacement - not a refund. The customer service agent was rude and cocky - I’ve never dealt with a customer service agent like this. They want me to jump through hoops to provide a receipt when I paid cash and don’t have it, basically just a huge hassle instead of them making this an easy process. Very disappointing giving a broken gift for a Xmas present when my wife and I were very excited to give this to my mother, then to top it off receive the worst customer service. Id rather lose the $100 and get a new gift then deal with this company.

After two year of using during the Christmas holidays, the frame would no longer update. I was informed by Skylight that my two year old frame was obsolete! Without an update it will not connect to WiFi! VERY disappointed! I would have purchased a much cheaper version if I knew o would be pitching it in two years - 3 months of use!

Product worked great and then one day the entire thing was frozen and locked. Contacted Aluratek and was told the operating system needed to be reloaded but I couldn’t be done under warranty at the users level.

Very low quality product - had to return. Not only was the form factor poorly manufactured but the software was disappointing as well when compared to comparable products in the market (i.e. Aura Frames) at similar price point.

It was delivered broken. I need to have a min 50 characters on this review so I’ll say it again. It was broken.
