USED IT FOR A 50TH BIRTHDAY PARTY DISPLAY. WORKED OUT PERFECTLY WITH TWO OTHER ONES.

Frame was great for my office. Uploading pictures was a little tedious but not too bad. After about 8 months, the frame started showing a blank screen, and even holding down the reset button did not help. Doesn't make one confident in their product since this is clearly a software issue. Frame will be going back to customer support for a replacement.

Easy, great quality and ended up buying a second one!

It’s just an okay product overall. The price I paid didn’t quite match the quality of the frame. The kickstand it has for setting it on a flat surface (instead of hanging it on a wall) isn’t very sturdy. I also did not like that it doesn’t have the capability to automatically crop photos to focus on the subject, when you set it to display more than one photo at a time it cuts heads off and doesn’t display the best portion of the photo. It would’ve have also been nice to have music playing at the same time the photo display is on.

My fiance got this for me and I absolutely love everything about it. I take so many photos of my kids, and theres just not enough wall space for all my photos! I love showing off my kids and this is just perfect.

Love being able to see my grandchildren while Im at work . And it's even better when the kids surprise me with a new photo.

I've purchased about eight of these items. I give them away as gifts. I've found that they can help those who are grieving the loss of a loved one whether a human or pet.

A great way to share with my parents all of their children and grandchildren around the country!

I love love love loveeeee my new digital picture frame. I love how it easy it is to change the photo and definitely the video quality displayed on screen. Best in the frame game.

Nice frame, excellent choice if you friends or family abroad that you want to be able to connect with.

Got it as a present for Mom and she loves it - able to download right from phone so she can get pictures from all family with out being there at her home but from where we are at the time

Total piece of crap. Didn’t work out of the box. Tried to work with customer service to get it working but no luck. It was a gift so my wife didn’t get it right away and after going back and forth with support it’s now past the ridiculous 15 day return window so Best Buy gave us the finger and now we’re in a big circle jerk with the manufacturer. Guess I’ll stick with Amazon in the future. Good riddance Best Buy.

I wish it was more dedicated to just being a nice digital frame. Its sound system isn’t good and the sounds aren’t harmonious. The switch between pictures doesn’t look smooth and the default settings for the display don’t look good. This is fine for someone with a bit of technical knowledge so they can get picture ratios and sizing right, but my mum would’ve been very confused if she had to set it up.

It was a disappointment. The phone app wifi system to download photos did notwork well. Customer support did not answer with appropriate instructions. Everytime I turned it off or disconnnected the power source, I had to start all over. It finally died. returned it.

Just what we needed. Eliminates scrape book Fits on end table

I bought this as a gift for my folks and they like it a lot. They've already been able to load a few different photo albums and like to change them out every so often.

This was a brush gift and a great way to send pictures to grandparents.
