When ticket to Best Buy suddenly my warranty on it had expired with no replacement had to pay for cost again

The app you’re supposed to install hasn’t been updated in literally 3 years and has a 1.5 star rating. I bought this present for my grandmother a month ago and won’t be able to return it. Save yourself $100.

There is a huge lag between sending the photos and a successful upload to the frame. Hours and sometimes days. The quality of the display is pretty good and once the photos get to the frame they are displayed well.
