Set up is confusing and not user friendly. No back-up power supply. Must be plugged in to maintain settings. It may have merit. But not for me.

Tried several times, and disconnected the internet and turned it back on. Tried to get others to be able to send pictures to it but not everyone can.

Won't power on

Fortunately, within return window so I've initiated an exchange, but having read some of the 1* reviews, I think I should just consider a refund.

Avoid - quality control issue

When we opened it, the screen was hanging to one side. It had detached from the frame and crooked, leaving a gap which was impossible to adjust. Went to the store and exchanged it, came home, SAME thing on the same spot the frame had detached from the screen and a hole in the corner showing the inside. Returned it. Definitely some quality control issue
