Stopped working

Worked 4 a month & then could no longer add photos

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This was a decent digital frame for a little over a month and then suddenly we could no longer upload pictures to it using USB or online through the App. We contacted Aluratek support, they wasted about 30 minutes of our time and placated us until we gave up. We got this for my 91 year old father who is in a nursing home so he wouldn’t feel lonely when we weren’t around. Now he’s stuck with the same photos we put on it during the first month we were able to actually use it.

She loved it until the screen went dark on 9 December. She lives in another state, so it will require my presence to see if troubleshooting can resuscitate it or if the product died.

Terrible product and customer support

When it was opened around 2 1/2 months later it didn't work and Best Buy wouldn't allow a return. Customer service with the company was non-existent. A total flop.

Not happy Dementia Patient

Bought it for my mother with dementia.It was really helping for a little bit until it quit working. Now I can't get in touch with anybody to get it fixed!!!

Damaged Screen

The best part about it is I am unable to return it, as I purchased it three weeks prior to a birthday. The first time it was used and taken out of the package and plugged in, there was a strip of lines on the bottom of the screen that won't go away. Which means it is damaged.
