Grandma loves it!

I preloaded some favorite pictures onto an SD card for her. It was super easy to get going for her. She lets us know how much she loves it all the time!

Very unpleasant experience

Received product the next day from local Best Buy. Product was delivered with broken stand. Went to store to simply exchange the product. Was told to walk to rear of store and get product to exchange. After thirty minutes I was told they could not exchange. I was told to call (888) number and ship the product back. After another forty-five minutes on the phone I finally got someone to send me a shipping label. Had to return to my home to print the label and then go to UPS to ship. This was insanity to simply exchange a broken product that came from my local store. Requested a refund instead of exchange which resulted in additional calls to obtain the refund.
